  • If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with customer service team through email or call us at 03227772026 with your invoice number
  • The exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/ labels attached.
  • Items purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
  • If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.
  • Exchange policy is not applicable on items on sale.
  • Only damaged articles can be exchanged
  • No article can be returned
  • For Exchanges you will have to send the return parcel themselves.
